Hi, I’m Ashley usiskin.

Thanks a lot for taking an interest in this game-changing endeavour!

Imagine a world where asking for help and accepting it when offered is as natural as breathing. That's the vision driving me every day.  So now I'm on a mission to inspire us all to embrace the life-enhancing power of help.

In 2022, a life-threatening cancer diagnosis and subsequent chemotherapy treatment became a profound wake-up call for me. It opened my eyes to the transformative impact of receiving help and made me realize that for half a century, I'd been denying not only myself but those around me the opportunity to experience the gift of asking for and accepting help.

And so, I've made it my life's purpose to shift us from a culture of stubborn independence to one of help acceptance. In the workplace, at home, in our communities, or within society at large.

Born and raised in  London, I've had the privilege of calling three other incredible cities - Sydney, Madrid, and Amsterdam - home over the past two decades.

Over those years, I've had a diverse array of roles in branding, marketing, and entrepreneurship. From co-founding my own startup to leading advertising agency teams, serving as a CMO, and coaching founders, each has been like a crash course on self-discovery and what’s important in life.

With a background in psychology and a relentless curiosity for what makes us tick, I bring insight and empathy, motivation and intuition to this ‘Gift of Help’ mission.

My journey has also thrown up priceless lessons and stories gained as a cycling team captain and guide, men's group facilitator, youth development leader, football goalkeeper, photographer and avid traveler to over 80 countries.

This remarkable journey of adventures and misadventures has shaped the person I am today. To now be brave enough to not only help myself but also to support you, and everyone else, in leaving behind a legacy to be proud of.

Thanks for considering joining this ambitious ride with me. Together, we can create a society where asking for help is seen as a strength, not a weakness. So let's bring about the change you want in your world and of those around you.  One ask for help at a time.
